We have a campcaster server that we are setting up to go up at the
transmitter site ( on top of a mountain). We have been testing
Campcaster and like most of what we see. One thing we need is to be
able to go live over the web. Steam a Voip call. Dose anyone have
campcaster at a remote site and able to go live with like Gizmo or
some Voip system? I have tried it but have been un able to turn off
Campcaster and speak over the audio. Anyone using Jack. If I could
just lower the output of the programing and raise the voip call and
then bring it back up when done this would work great! We could use
two sound cards if needed. Just cant get the audio of Campcaster to go
out one and the audio of the Gizmo to go out the other. Anyone have
any experience with a remote site like we have. Internet is not a
problem. We looked at streaming up to the site but didn't want to
rely on the wireless system there. I guess when it comes down to it if
I could turn down campcaster and place a voip call threw the computer
this would fulfill our need.
