    Caro Alan,

    It looks like you don't have the "universe" repository enabled. You can
    enable it either by editing the /etc/apt/sources.list file, and removing
    the "#" comment character from in front of the line which looks similar
    to this:

    deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ dapper universe

    Or you can enable it in Synaptic (System -> Administration -> Synaptic
    Package Manager): go to Settings -> Repositories, and check the box in
    front of "Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Binary) Community maintained (Universe)".
