    (sorry to be a duplicate of a post in LS-devel, dne by mistake)

    ...failed" and "Authentication server not available"

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to start LS-studio and got the first message before telling LS which directory should use as storage; afterwards I get the second "...server not available.
    Is there anything to configure beforehand?
    I've searching the community posts and it seems I'm not alone; just can understand what's necessary to do.
    Thanks in advance for any help.

    I'm using ubuntu-breezy too and I got same "Authentication server not available" message.

    any help about how to config livesupport under ubuntu welcome. Grin

    Hi
    I'm trying to fix my installation.
    Replaced the xrStor.php file following Luis Suarez instructions (check other "Authentication server..." thread)
    It now gives "scheduler sever not available" message and won't start...;-(
    I guess I'm getting near. Or not?
    Any help is welcome.

    don't forget to change the XML config files (2 of them) from /dev/dsp1 /dev/dsp2/ to /dev/dsp.

    Check in the forums there are some answers already about this.
