Live Support ... Suggest Name Change

    Dear Live Support Developers...

    Can I suggest you change the name of the product... Live Support sounds like a Help Desk System to me... I'd guess most people in Radio would pass it by

    I suggest just calling it "Live Studio"

    It has potential to be a really SUPERB system....

    I heard from LS aorund 2 years ago (maybe little less), a friend of mine talked to me about it but I never pay attention as far as I was thinking he was talking about a help ticket support.

    As I use rivendell also, in the IRC channel I read again about it and that was when I knew about LiveSupport.
