Hi Agus,

for the 403 error shown in your browser, please check the DirectoryIndex
option in apache main config file or virtual host config. It should list
index.php. Even check if eventuall an IndexIgnore option is set.

You can try to access
http://yourserver/livesupport/htmlUI/var/html/index.php to see if it is just
related to this options. If you see the hmtl user interface, it is surely
related to above options.
