Re: [ls-support] Authentication Source Not Available
  • Did you install Station-Studio, or just Studio? It's not documented
very well, but Studio needs a Station installation somewhere; if you
install Studio alone, you'll need a Station installation on another
computer (in the same local network, for example).

What's this thing about the KPP internet interface? What is KPP(P)?

  • Thanks for your prompt reply. That's a very helpful line of thinking to pursue. I did run the live version on another disk, and studio appeared to run OK, despite the apparent lack of station. But maybe the live verison runs a little differently.

Following your suggestion, I will try to open the two tickets. First, though, I want to document fairly carefully exactly what it is I am seeing, so there is at least hope the troubleshooters have a reasonable amount of information to start with.

    Thanks again!
