[livesupport-dev] How to get alsa sound card to work with gLivesupport

    k go tmy darla24 working with programs like xmms.

    When it try to get it to work with gLivesupport it get this:

    (gLiveSupport:3645): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref: assertion
    `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
    ./gLiveSupport.sh: line 58: 3645 Segmentation fault $gLiveSupport_exe -c
    $config_file

    Any ideas?

    how did you 'try to get it to work w/ gLiveSupport'? Smile

    I'd suggest putting the ALSA device names of the form plughw:0,0 into
    the config file

    if you could run it through gdb, and provide a backtrace, that would
    help us a lot. you might even consider opening a ticket at
    http://code.campware.org/projects/livesupport/ with the above information.
