Please type the following commands as root in a shell:

killall campsite_server
/usr/local/campsite/bin/campsite_server

Whenever you reload the database or install some templates manually (as is the
case with the sample templates) the template engine does not know about the
changes. It only knows of the changes when they are made through the admin
interface.
