This was a project that caught my eye today. The BBC is working on a
system to allow users to create tags, much as you do in Flickr or
del.icio.us, for describing content, only this time, it's for audio. Then
the tags are collected and shared, like in Wikipedia. Interesting stuff.

OK, and ITV's director of operations Nick Leake has taken the brave move
of moving a lot of his company's core systems onto Linux.
