[livesupport-dev] please associate changesets with issues (and vice versa :)

    for us who have commit rights into the LiveSupport subversion repository:

    please, when making commits and closing issues, place a comment linking
    each commit to an issue, and vice versa.

    for example, if a commit fixes issue #1234, place a not like the following:


    fixes issue #1234


    say the committed changes is changeset number 3456. as you will close
    the related issue (#1234), please put a following comment there:

    fixed with changeset [3456]


    Trac will automatically create cross-links if you use the above
    formatting. And the information is quite important, to know what changes
    is related to each issue, and what was the reason for each change (of
    course the issue it's related to)..
