[livesupport-dev] LiveSupport Knoppix now available!
  • Hi all,

On behalf of the LiveSupport team, I'm happy to finally announce that the
LiveSupport Knoppix ISO is available for download from SourceForge.

LiveSupport Knoppix is a fully-functioning LiveCD based on the powerful
and user-friendly Knoppix Linux distribution. It lets users interested in
trying LiveSupport boot into Linux and run full versions of LiveSupport
Station and Studio, as well as giving them the option of installing
Knoppix and all the LiveSupport applications to their hard disk
    partitions.

As of next week, interested users can also purchase LiveSupport CDs.
Details on how to order will be coming in another message.

    You can get it at:

    http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/livesupport/ls-knx-2.0-2005-09-08.iso?download

Users need to download the ISO file and then burn it to a CD. Then they
can boot the CD in their PC.

Like everything Campware produces, the LiveSupport Knoppix CD is free and
open source. You can make as many copies of the LiveSupport Knoppix CD as
you like, as long as you abide by the terms of the GNU General Public
    License.

The LiveSupport Knoppix CD was mastered and produced by Michael Aschauer,
and includes copies of the user manual written by Robert Klajn and
    Danijela Jevtic.
