    I think I answered already.
    Anyways. This is the problem badly created instance. Please clean your
    instances, remove databases, create new instance from scratch and check
    behaveour.

    If this works, install start templates.

    If it stops to work, please describe the way you installed templates.

    Ok, I cleaned database and reinstalled sample templates 1 and it works.

    I think it must be because the first time I installed the sample database over the default database.
