[livesupport-dev] Knoppix ISO?
  • I've heard frequent mention of a Knoppix ISO that has a LiveSupport
install pre-integrated. Is that ISO publicly available? I don't see it
    linked on the download page.

  • Hi Michael,

Thanks for reminding me. Michael Aschauer put together an ISO based on
Knoppix that includes LiveSupport 1.0 in all its permutations, as well as
a Knoppix-only 'office' installation option. The cool thing is that like
all Knoppixes (Knoppices?) it works as either a LiveCD or as an
    installation to your HD.

I'll upload it to SourceForge tomorrow morning CET.

  • What happened to the knoppix live cd, I as yet have still never found it. Will it be uploaded and when?

Sounds fantastic infact I would pay to have it sent to me on CD. If i had to.

Has there been any progress on this upload? I still don't see it on

  • Hi Michael,

I'll upload the ISO tomorrow. I'd upload it from home tonight, but would
go over my bandwidth limit from my ISP.

  • You'd better. Smile The only reason we haven't got lynched yet is that
it's very hard to do by e-mail. Oh, and welcome back. Smile
