but before doing anything like that, I wanted to ask you for your input.
Here's what I can think of that would change:
- The release process page would have to change to reference Subversion
instead of CVS.
- The Campsite info page on LiveSupport would have to change its link
- Developers would have to learn Subversion commands and quirks instead of
CVS
The payoff is that people interested in the project will get a much better
view of its vitality. I especially like the 'Timeline' view in Trac, which
shows the number of open vs. resolved tickets, and calculates progress in
percentage.
Paul will handle the migration to SVN, so your workloads wouldn't change
substantially.
