Hi,

I know it seems like we are not doing anything, but in fact we are doing
a lot of things frantically, and then we are undoing them frantically.
And then da capo. This, as you might imagine, takes a lot of time.

But, finally, Tomas and I have come up with a solution which we believe
might possibly work; it's now in CVS. I have built a tarball and now I
am testing it. If it works, I'll send it to Doug to build packages.

Great news, Ferenc!

Keep me posted on your progress. I'm eager to get some packages underway
ASAP, as I'm sure there are quite a few people eager to get some packages
installed.
