[livesupport-dev] default audio devices for LS installation

    what should be the default audio devices for the LS installation? these
    should be the ones that sort of work on the live CD as well...

    we need three devices:

    - scheduler (broadcast) output
    - GUI (studio) output
    - GUI (studio) cue

    if it should work with the live CD, the choice would be GUI LS studio output
