With all due respect, trust and humility, I present to you what I would term
in my own words "an opportunity of a life time"!

Based on the information and recommendation satisfactorily gathered
concerning your personal profile, I hereby wish to acquaint you with a
business proposal that will be of benefit to both of us.

I regret any inconveniences this letter might cause you, but I have no other
alternative but seek external help.

By way of introduction, I am Mr. Javed Ahmed Noel an Official of Askari
commercial Bank Pakistan.

There is a dormant account in my bank branch and the owner of the account a
Foreign Oil consultant/contractor with the Pakistan Institute of Mining and
Metallurgy, Mr. Swuen Kuang who is deceased.

There is a credit balance Ten Million, two hundred thousand Dollars that has
been dormant for five years and still counting.

With my current position as the banks branch manager and also as a civil
servant I cannot lay claims on these funds.

My proposal is that I will like you as a Foreigner to stand in as the owner
of the money, which was fixed, deposited in my bank.

This is simple. I will like you to provide in due course of our proposed
interactions your full names and address so that the Attorney will prepare
the necessary documents, which will put you in place as the beneficiary of
the funds.

The money will be moved out for us to share in the ratio of 70% for me and
30% for you. The Attorney will do the paperwork for this transaction and
this will guarantees the successful execution of this transaction.

If you are interested, please reply immediately via my email and upon your
response, I shall then provide you with more details and relevant documents
that will help you understand the transaction.

I at this point would advice you to please instruct me on how best to
contact you. If you do in anyway feel this transaction could be jeopardized
