    they need to sign.

    having consulted with some CC people, it turns out that marking the
    files themselves is enough.

    basically what we have to do is to add proper metatags to the audio
    files as described here:

    http://creativecommons.org/technology/mp3

    with a URL included that points to a web page of ours, describing the
    license, in text and in RDF:
    http://creativecommons.org/technology/web-integration

    this latter can be produced by come click-click on the CC file..


    so the process itself is quite easy, and our asses would be covered..
