Seems to me that no one is answering my questions sent to this list.
I have to remind you of the importance of the releasing time we are all
reaching, and of the writing of the manual for the end-user (that is
currently on the way), so I need your full and precise cooperation and
backup.
Surely, for example, I know what 'cross fade' means in the radio world,
but the important thing to me is how was this function used and
implemented in our LS, so that I can describe it properly for users.

The problem is that Sebastian could answer questions about the HTML UI
best, and he is currently lost somewhere in the Bohemian rainforest.
> Have we kept the idea that journalist-reporter can upload the audio file on server without opening playlist personally and without setting the broadcast time?
If I understand this correctly, then yes. When you upload an audio
file, you do not immediately assign it a time. You just fill in some of
the metadata info, so the file can be found later using Search or
Browse. The file is stored on the storage server. Adding it to a
playlist is a separate step, and scheduling it is a third separate step.
> My question is: does "Fade" means "fade in", "fade out", or is everything put together into one "transition time" between two audio files?
Only Sebastian can tell for sure, but I'm fairly certain it's a linear
crossfade. I.e., if the playlist consists of two 10s clips, and the
fade is set to 2000ms, then the the second clip starts 8s later than the
first one, and the total length of the playlist is 18s.

Yes, Ferenc is right.
A while ago I changed wording to "Fadein" on first, "Fadeout" on last clip
and "Transition" between 2 clips. 2 sec. of Transition will add X sec. of
fadeout to first and X sec. of fadein to second clip, and for this X sec.
booth clips are playing.
Somewhere in documentation there was some description about pause
functionality. Should this be just some duration of silence between clips,
without any fade?
