    One quick question...

    Have we kept the idea that journalist-reporter can upload the audio file
    on server without opening playlist personally and without setting the
    broadcast time?

    This audio file should be seen by the editor in the separate folder and
    he should put it into the playlist (for example: "News at 5"), depending
    on the news schedule during the program "News at 5".
    There are some situation when reporter doesn't know in what show or
    news his file will be broadcasted. For example, station can have
    several short, long or weekly news reports, and the editor of that
    program (or some other editor) is the one who determins the priority and
    broadcasting time.

    Journalist -reporter, of course, has the possibility to see his
    sucessfully uploaded file in the personal scratchpad.
