I am curious as to whether anyone familiar with both livesupport and the rivendell project (http://www.salemradiolabs.com) could give me a quick comparison/contrast between the two. Are the projects completely focusing on different areas? do the goals seem different? Is there a lot of overlap?
I am running a small college radio station with little time to train employees and DJs, and I'm looking for an affordable (and preferably GPL, because I'm an open-source nut in my spare time) way to manage on-air content and such. I originally started my own homebrew solution, but projects like rivendell and livesupport have caught my attention, and I'd like to know which one I can effectively adapt to our needs here. I'd really like to get a better idea of what the DB structure is for livesupport, or what the end-user interface looks like (I assume those concept-mockup screenshots are not accurate...?) to know what I'll need to do. Can I find these somewhere?
Thanks for your help!
