One thing that occurred to me today was that we should put together an FAQ
for LiveSupport, with as wide a range of questions as possible. Please add
your own questions (and hopefully answers) to the list

Maybe we should consider a more systematic way of assigning these
questions? Micz, is this a job for a new system?
