    Hi,

If we wanted to arrange for an LS demo server, what would be necessary
that would be different than a regular LS install? The one thing that
comes to mind would be somehow connecting it to a streaming server, so
that people could hear that it indeed is playing something.

Would a Darkice (or other streaming solution) install make sense for a
    demo?

What would the other hardware/software requirements be for such a demo?

We're trying to figure out if we've got the equipment/bandwidth for
hosting it from Prague, but maybe some of the other LS community members
    might have the resources...

the 0.9 release will be the scheduler and the remote access through HTML.
so this should be installed somewhere in the campware kingdom for people to
click through and compile some playlists, schedule them, etc.

unfortunately i doubt that spending time on tweaking darkice into this for
feedback makes good use of resources Wink

but we would need something to pipe to dev NULL instead of the sound card
and resets the database at midnight.
