    Charles,

    I have some questions regarding the login window found on the page
    http://www.cbt3.com/livesupport/login_upload.gif

    first, the X button in the top-right corner of the window seems to be
    smaller than the X button images you sent with the assets zip file.

    then, where would I find the text entry corner bitmaps?

    also, how would the drop-down list look like, when the list is shown?
