    Hi all,

    Akos' speedy reply to Micz' HTML GUI spec reminded me of an important
    practical consideration: time zones. This may prove useful when trying to
    do things like set up online chats. I have Prague, New York, Belgrade,
    Dakar (for our West African colleagues), and Bangkok in there now.
