    Dear all,

    We've just published a bug-fix and minor enhancement release for 3.1. The
    following tickets have been implemented in 3.1.1:

    - #2445: Creating standardards/API for campsite plugins
    - #2606: Add a nickname field to the comment form
    - #2607: Implement a way to remember the user upon login
    - #2609: Update the Russian translation
    - #2600: Implement an attribute that returns the number of articles in
    the search action
