problems with apache?
  • Hello,

    I installed campsite.
It seems that database is OK, php too, but I can't see any starting page.

How can I start with campware if I don't have my own domain?
Can I start with writing something like http://domain.com/~test/campsite/html/admin/ in the browser?

In answer I get a blank page ().
    Is it because of 'DOCUMENT_ROOT'?

How can I configure httpd.conf if I don't have virtual server?

    Could anybody help me?

  • Please edit the file /usr/local/campsite/etc/campsite/campsite-vhost.conf

Replace $SERVER_ADDRESS and $SERVER_NAME with appropriate values. Include this
file in the main apache configuration file. Restart apache.

No, campsite does not support this kind of URL; you must set a separate domain
    for Campsite publication: http://domain.com
