    Most of the features for 2.5 are complete. If you have the chance,
    please give me your feedback on the following features. You can test
    them out on http://cs-dev.campware.org/admin

    * Home Page
    * Topics screen
    * Adding a new article without putting it in a
    publication/issue/section (to do this, select "Add article" from the
    "Actions" menu on the main menu)
    * Moving an article
