[campsite-dev] Updated 2.5 sketches

    Here are some sketches for the 2.5 features: "Topic translation" and
    "Article location" (being able to create an article without first having
    to put it in a pub/issue/section). Note the "Action Bar" changes will
    not be in 2.5. Feedback is strongly encouraged!

    with placing the articles. i did not fully understand the pulldown menues,
    does it fold out like the one in CS on the top currently does? bc otherwise
    i don't understand how you could select section before issue and so on...
