[campsite-dev] Article List screen update

    I added some features to the article list screen to highlight the row
    when your mouse is over it, and will highlight the row a different color
    when you click on a checkbox. This way it is easy to see which rows
    have been selected, and which row your mouse is on. You can check it
    out on cs-dev. Screenshot attached.
