One other thing I wanted to mention is that the process of making our
software is entirely different from commercial products: It's up to users
to make improvements to the software, as opposed to having users sit
around and wait for a version that is perfect in every way.
The community aspect of making open source software is extremely
important. The commercial mentality says, "well, it doesn't do 100% of
what I need it to, so I'm not going to buy it." But the open source
mentality says, "well, it doesn't do 100 % of what I need, so I'm going to
contribute the things it doesn't have so that others may benefit. I've
already saved quite a bit of money by using the software as a base."
This is a long way of saying that if you have skills to offer the project,
we're more than open to your contributions. As for making RPMs, I'm sure
John Pye could use the help, and Chinese localization can be finished in a
day or less.
Looking forward to your involvement,
douglas

Thanks for your reply. I wish John Pye can finish on Campsite RPMs. At
last, I also wish all your software can be supported by Chinese. I
think it is great advantage for making your software more popular.
