    Hi,

    I uploaded Campsite 2.3.0-beta1 on campware site:
    http://campware.org/look/campware/download/campsite-2.3.0-beta2.tar.gz

    Ondra and Raed, I URGE you to test it ASAP. I plan to release 2.3.0 on July 22
    or July 25. If you want a less buggy Campsite please test it and report to
    http://bugs.campware.org (specify version 2.3.0).

    Ondra, please check bug '416: Notify on several events User Right problem', I
    NEED your feedback ASAP.

    Raed, please check bug '883: Problems with Short names and bilingual
    publications', I NEED your feedback ASAP.

    We found 4 bugs till now in beta1... I'll install beta2 and see if any is
    fixed before we report them.
