    hi cs-dev team.

    checking the duplicate section functionality i thought i might just quickly
    translate the remaining interface items into german. but when going to the
    localizer and changing the pulldown "translate from" to english and
    "translate to" to german, everything was empty.

    is that a migration issue or a bug?
