it looks like your browser doesn't load js scripts. Please check browser
settings.

I've checked campsite on two browsers (both have Javascript enabled) and get the same results. No menus. But yesterday I was able to get into campsite yesterday by following a deep link (can't find the URL now) and create a magazine, but the upper menus still did not appear, even then.
I've reproduced your issue by blocking js scripts in a browser: http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/235/26791536.png
If you look at page source you will see the reference to js script which
loads admin menu:
