Unable to make new accounts

    Hi,

    today i've gone to the account management panel, to make a new account for a new journalist, and with my big surprise, i was unable to do that... neverythime i got a message like "The user account could not be created." and i can't either edit an existing one, i get the same message... i've changed nothing on the code of campsite! What could be going wrong? There is a way where i can activate a more verbose error message? Like a debug mode? I need to have more information about wha'ts going wrong
