Hum... weird behavior. What do you exactly mean by "the unlock button
does nothing" ? You cannot even click on it? You click and got some
message ? You click, page reload but nothing else happens ?

Are you still using 3.3.2 ? If you are, please upgrade as Mugur suggested.
