Customizing Offline Page

    Hi everybody, thanks to all of you for your past help Smile

    Now i need to customize my "offline" page, translating it and putting the site logo, but i can't find the string to translate on translate page, and i don't know where to edit the page to put the logo.

    As a side question, it seems that Italy is missing from the country list and Italian is missing from the languages list Sad
