    In Campsite 3.2.1, if you

    (1) create a new field of the type "Topic" within an Article Type
    (2) create a new article or edit an existing one and select a topic from the new field you created and save the change
    (3) upon exiting the article and returning, the topic value will have not been retained.

    Selecting a topic from the right side panel of an article does work, however.
