More Superdesk Install Stuff

    I have been playing around with various commits of Superdesk and have come up with something that is usable with an added item.
    It's all based on the v2.0.2 demo version that SourceFabric released. Once you create a content profile you will be able to add the IPTC topics (and codes in the background) and remove the currently outdated subjects. This also includes en-US translations that are currently pending review with IPTC. 

    I have been able to successfully install on both Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04. You can try it out by entering the command:


    All of the other configuration steps are (or should be) the same as you are used to.
