Controlling the Formatting for PDF Output

    Hi

    I'm trying to manage the formatting for PDF output for print and am finding it a little challenging. Essentially I'm trying to duplicate a PDF format of several books and tutorials that I've written in the past but am struggllng to understand where I can control and get rid of the many blank pages, extended white spaces and unwanted page breaking that is happening with the booktype PDF. Any tips of where I should be looking to do this?
