Error 500 in production

    Hi there,
    I tried to enable production mod in my booktype installation, but it doesn't  seem to work. An error 500 is thrown along with some bits of booktype inteface, like logo and menu, but no css. Initially I thought that it has to do with django allowed_hosts setting but after editing this in base.py with my domain it still throws the same error.

    booktype was installed recently from git on ubuntu 16.04
