Is it ok to install Campsite in a subfolder? (not root)
Getting errors like this as well:
Warning:
require_once(/home/myserver/public_html/include/campsite_constants.php)
[function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in /home/myserver/public_html/campsite/install/index.php on
line 21
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening
required '/home/myserver/public_html/include/campsite_constants.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in
/home/myserver/public_html/campsite/install/index.php on line 21
It depends on your apache virtual host configuration, what is it?

What you mean by it can run in a subfolder?
It cant, at least you setup your virtual host pointing to the
directory as document root, well... that way it wouldnt be a subfolder
actually

I'm surprised it can't run in a subfolder... how has been the general
idea of hiding the installation meanwhile setting it up? It is so
easy to put in subfolder and you can go there only if knowing the
link.
So, if I have a temporary server address (domain still hosted with
older system elsewhere), I can't basicly build the site?

Well, if I put the files in the webroot I still get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apache_get_modules() in
/home/myserver/public_html/install/classes/CampInstallationView.php
on line 224
I have asked the server provider to look the php settings and other
requirements according to those infromed on campware site. Those
requirements are not anyhow telling anything about this
apache_get_modules...
