Media Monitor Restart Required to Add Media

    Whenever I add file via the Add Media function, the fies don't appear in the library until I restart the media monitor. The system status is normal and the logs don't show a problem.

    Any suggestions?

    try refresh your browser.
    Also if there are sings with problems it may take a while to injest

    Thanks for the suggestions. Refreshing the browser doesn't help. I usually add files one at a time, and noting shows up in the problem_files directory. It seems to work for a while after I restart the media monitor, but eventually fails to recognize new files.

    try searching the log to find any problem
    nano /var/log/airtime/media-monitor/media-monitor.log

    or watching it to see any problem
    tail -f /var/log/airtime/media-monitor/media-monitor.log
