I am the site administrator of the news site Deschide.md,
one of the most successful online publications in Moldova.

Since 2014, we began to use as a system of administration of
the website, newscoop.

At the moment, we have three versions of our site:

-         
old.deschide.md:
the first version of the news portal, created on WordPress.

-         
beta.deschide.md
(newscoop 4.2);

-         
deschide.md
(newscoop 4.4.7).

The biggest issue is that many of our readers have trouble
looking for one or another story. Currently we use Google Custom Search, but
this platform cannot offer advanced search.

Last summer we installed, according to the instructions, the
4.4.7 version of newscoop and on this basis, we have built the current version
of the site.

I tried to merge all three versions into one, but
unsuccessfully. All attempts to make an upgrade the 4.2 version to 4.4.7, as
well have failed. I have found that neither the plugins cannot be installed.

Could you please give us support in order to merge the three
versions, so we would have only one version of the site. As well, we want to
find a solution for the installation of plug-ins. In addition, we would like to
use Live Blog, for reporting of significant events in real time.

We want to know how much this service will cost and how long
it will take.
