Plain Text Issue

    I have created a new user with some permission. The user creation was not an issue. Now, I want to create an article using the new user. I logged in successfully, however when I click + {Create button} nothing happens. FYI, I can create a plain text in case of Administrator. What am I doing wrong here? Please suggest me to fix this issue. Thanks

    Hi Kiran,

    So, you don't see any options in the menu? Make sure the new user has the permissions needed for content creation on the corresponding desks. Make sure to add the new user to at least one existing desk. Any user should be able to create private (draft) content even if she/he is not a member of a desk though.
