Error While Installing Airtime on the local machine
  • Guys forgive me.  I am very new at the linux side of things.

I am trying to install the easy install on the latest version of Ubuntu, I am getting this error airtime error dependency is not satisfiable libapche2-mod-php5

I did go through the steps and installed php7. http://askubuntu.com/questions/705880/how-to-install-php-7

    sudo apt-get install python-software-properties
    sudo LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php
    sudo apt-get update
    Optionally purge PHP 5:

    sudo apt-get remove php5-common -y
Or directly purge it including configuration files:

    sudo apt-get purge php5-common -y
    And finally install PHP 7:

    sudo apt-get install php7.0 php7.0-fpm php7.0-mysql -y
Optionally clean up unneeded packages afterwards:

    sudo apt-get --purge autoremove -y

I am not sure what the next step is.  I currently have the Airtime Pro on line, the issue is my ministry does not have the monthly budget for $100 plan for storage.  Would really like to stay with the campware/airtime platform.  The archive is just growing too fast.  We only get 5gb to use a month for storage.  That is how much media that I had come in just today.  Users / bandwidth is the right place with the plan that we are on.

Any ideas, or product suggestions.  I just like the airtime layout/feel.

  • Hello! Why not go the next level up just for the storage?
  • Just for budget reasons at this point.  That is were we want to be at, but a new ministry/station money is tight.
  • Surely you could make the 30gb plan work...
