    I am attempting to install Campsite on a localhost windows XP machine
    for evaluation. Everything proceeds until I reach the "Sample Data"
    page. There regardless of my reply, after clicking "next" I get the
    message "Could not save the configuration" and am returned to the
    "General Configuration" page.

    From what I see it is trying to write two files, "configuration.php and
    database_conf.php". The error occurs in the function "finish" as a
    result of a false return from the call to "CreateAdminUser". Could any
    one help? If I new the format of the resulting files, I could create
    them with a text editor.
