Is it possible integrate (authenticate) Newscoop using Active Directory (AD)? Is it possible do it using ExternalLogin Plugin? So, what I would like is using our user thar have alredy a profile at AD and use same profile to login as a common user, not editor, admin or journalist.

yes, it's possible but requires plugin.

Look at https://github.com/newscoop/NewscoopExternalLoginPlugin

It could be used as a base for ldap plugin.

you need to re-implement plugin settings page: https://github.com/newscoop/NewscoopExternalLoginPlugin/blob/master/Controller/AdminController.php

and authentication controller:
