Installation Problems

    Hello all. I'm very excited to try Airtime but I am getting errors during installation:

    Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming.
    The following information may help to resolve the situation:

    The following packages have unmet dependencies:
     airtime : Depends: mp3gain but it is not installable
    E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

    I tried installing with Synaptic Package Manager as well with similar results:

    Depends: mp3gain  but it is not installable
    Depends: silan but it is not going to be installed

    Right now I am trying to figure out mp3gain, but it seems like silan will be a problem as well.

    I am running Lubuntu 15.04

    One of the thing about using the latest versions of any linux with older applications is that there can be dependencies issues.
    There like medinice you should read the lable for the recommended dosage.

    The fully support versions are found in the manual read it carefully

    there is no airtime distribution for 15.04

    newer linux versions are not necessarily bug fixes but maybe a total abondonment of a package that a program depends on .Hence the problem
