fall back instructions and help

    Could some one help me find exact instructions or assist? :) I need a fall back for my internet radio station, we use freeswitch to do live shows and ice cast Im under the impression that if nothing is playing though my airtime I can have a folder with audio that would play in its place.
    Ive seen two ways thro ice cast and thro freeswitch. 
    Ive read many discussions enough to confuse me of what to do :) I want to give the exact instructions to a dev, or maybe some one can help me set it up here.
    I host my own airtime.
